| How do I qualify for this program? |
| You qualify if you have purchased any of our antibodies after the 1st of February 2010. |
| If the antibody does not work, how do I get credit? |
| Complete the troubleshooting form. Our technical support staff will contact you to discuss your experiment in more detail. If you still feel the antibody did not perform to your expectations, we will issue a credit. |
| Is there a time limitation for which I can test an antibody of interest? |
| Yes, six months from receipt of the antibody. |
| Does this program expire? |
| No! We believe in the quality of our products and are committed to our customers success. |
| Does my credit apply only to future antibody purchases? |
| No. You are free to use your credit on any Calbiochem®,Novagen® or Novabiochem® product purchased directly from Merck Chemicals. |
| Does the antibody need to be returned if my experiment is unsuccessful? |
| No, the antibody does not need to be returned. |
